What is PROpulsion?
PROpulsion is South Africa’s leading community for financial planners, advisers, FSP owners, and their teams. We help you grow your skills, build your business, and connect with other professionals who care about doing great work.
Who can join PROpulsion?
Any financial planning professional who wants to keep learning and improving. That includes individual advisers, planners, practice owners, and key managers. If you’re serious about doing better work for your clients, you’ll fit right in.

Membership & Costs

What does membership cost?
Membership costs R475 per month, including VAT.
Can I pay monthly by EFT?
No, monthly payments must be made by card through our automated system. You can pay annual fees by EFT if you prefer.
Can I sign up my team?
Yes, you can register up to ten people under one company membership. If you have a larger team, get in touch and we’ll sort out a special arrangement for you.
Will I get an invoice and can I claim VAT?
Yes, you’ll get a proper VAT invoice for every payment, whether monthly or annual. If you’re registered as a VAT vendor with SARS, you can claim back the VAT.
Is membership tax-deductible?
Yes, your PROpulsion membership counts as professional development, so it’s tax-deductible.

Events & Training

What events are included?
Your membership gets you free access to all our main events: PROpulsion AI & Automation, Global Financial Planning Conference, PROpulsion Ascend, and PROpulsion Tech.
What is the “Day of CPD”?
We do not offer the “Day of CPD” every year. We will announce every year if we are offering the “Day of CPD” for that year or not. It’s our quarterly training series with four live sessions. Attend all four and you’ll earn at least 18 CPD points. All our events carry CPD accreditation.
Can I watch recordings if I miss a session or event?
Yes, every event and session are recorded and available on-demand. You can catch up whenever suits you, on any device. However, you will only earn CPD when attending live.

CPD & Learning

How many CPD points can I earn?
You can earn up to 40 CPD points per cycle through our events and programmes. The Day of CPD alone gives you 18 points if you attend all sessions.
Do all programmes carry CPD points?
Most of our live events and short workshops are CPD-approved. Some longer, self-paced programmes might not carry CPD points. We’ll always tell you upfront which ones do.

What’s the PROpulsion platform like?
Think of it as LinkedIn for financial planners, but without the ads and noise. It’s a safe space where you can ask questions, share ideas, and get real help from people who understand your work.
How do I connect with other members?
You get access to our monthly Adviser Growth Huddles, Owner’s Tables (for owners and Key Individuals), and in-person Connect get-togethers. It’s all about connecting you with the right people. You can also contact and talk with other members directly on our online platform.

How do I log in?
Once you’re a paid member, you can log in at propulsion-pro.mn.co or use the “Paid Member Login” link on our homepage.
What devices can I use?
Everything works on desktop, tablet, and mobile. You can access our platform and watch recordings anywhere, anytime.
