Thank you for subscribing to PROpulsion Pro, a service that provides financial planners, advisers and other similar financial services professionals with access to our exclusive social network, a variety of content, events and tools to help them grow their businesses, their skills and to help them reduce advice risk. These Terms are the general terms of the relationship between You and Us. These Terms cover the use of PROpulsion Pro's content and information, including any of our other marketing material. By visiting and using, signing up on, or logging into PROpulsion Pro or PROpulsion Learn, You accept and agree to these Terms.

These terms should be read in conjunction with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

By joining PROpulsion Pro, you are agreeing to the following terms:

PROpulsion Pro is for your exclusive use. You must not share your username or password or any PROpulsion Pro content with anyone, including anyone in the same business as you.
You may not reproduce or distribute any of the content in PROpulsion Pro. This includes content posted in the social network (Mighty Networks).
The payment will be taken on a monthly or annual basis. You will be denied access if the payment fails for any reason and is not rectified after 10 calendar days. We are not responsible for any failure of the payment mechanism.
Your membership renews automatically at the end of the agreed initial term until cancelled. Annual memberships will renew for a further 12 months and every 12 months thereafter. Monthly memberships will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis until cancelled.
Cancellation notice must be done in writing. An unsuccessful debit does not serve as a cancellation. This agreement will continue until written notice of cancellation is received.
PROpulsion Pro, PROpulsion, and PROpulsion Learn excludes all liability for content, error and omissions and the failure of any software or availability of the website or social network.
Your PROpulsion Pro membership or any other services or products purchased, can be suspended or revoked at any time on suspicion that these terms have been breached or the reputation of PROpulsion Pro or its community has been threatened.

These terms are subject to change at any time.
