MEET ROB MACDONALD
Rob serves as the Head of Strategic Advisory Services at Fundhouse and boasts an impressive academic background with an MPhil in Management Studies from Oxford University. He is also a CFP® Professional and has qualifications in coaching and counselling. Throughout his career, Rob has occupied various senior executive roles in the investment sector and has extended his expertise as an independent coach and consultant, specializing in strategic and organizational development.
Before venturing into the investment industry, Rob was an educator at the UCT Graduate School of Business, even overseeing the MBA Programme as its Director. He is a prolific writer and speaker, addressing topics from leadership and behavioural coaching to investments and financial planning. Rob has co-authored “Rethinking Leadership” and recently penned “The 7 Pillars of Financial Health – Partnering with a Professional to Thrive.

MEET MANDY MURPHY
Mandy Murphy serves as a Business Coach at Old Mutual Wealth, bringing a wealth of knowledge from her 25 years in the industry. Her expertise spans a wide range of areas including business management consulting, entrepreneurial coaching, business reinvention, analysis, and valuation consulting. With 16 years dedicated to practice management and another 8 years specifically to OMW Business Coaching, Mandy’s experience is both deep and diverse.
